Provisional returns and exchange guidance for standard and custom Urban Craft Wood products.
Standard Stocked Products
Requests concerning a standard stocked product are reviewed according to the product condition, the order circumstances and applicable UAE consumer law. Contact Urban Craft Wood before returning any item so that eligibility and handling can be confirmed.
Custom-Made and Personalised Products
Custom-made or personalised products are produced for approved dimensions, materials, colours or specifications and may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return. This does not limit rights relating to a faulty, damaged or incorrect item.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a product is faulty, damaged on delivery or different from the accepted order, contact Urban Craft Wood with the order details and supporting photographs where appropriate. The issue will be assessed and a suitable remedy considered in line with applicable UAE consumer law.
Product Condition and Packaging
Where a return is approved, the product should be unused, complete and protected from further damage. Original packaging, accessories, assembly tools and documentation should be retained where reasonably possible.
Inspection and Approval
Returned items may be inspected before a refund, exchange or other remedy is approved. Approval depends on the product, condition, order details and reason for the request.
Refund Method and Charges
Approved refunds are normally made to the original payment method where available. Delivery, assembly, installation or collection charges are considered according to the reason for the return and applicable law.
